Hwb and Offic3e 365 are part of the all Wales virtual digital learning platform.
Hwb hosts a national collection of digital resources to support learning and teaching for learners aged 3 to 19 and is known as the National Digital Content Repository. It also provides tools to help teachers and learners create and share their own resources, and to support collaboration across all schools in Wales.
The use of the extensive toolsets offered through Hwb assist schools in raising learner outcomes and all schools across Wales are now being encouraged to roll out the use of Hwb.
Ysgol Penrhyn Dew is one of the leading secondary schools in Pembrokeshire to roll out the use of Hwb. Over the past year we have developed this and in particular its use as an effective administrative tool to improve communication across the school. Every student at Ysgol Penrhyn Dewi has their own Hwb log in and an individual email account.
